Shipping & Returns

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE!

For questions surrounding shipping please email to hello@thekindlabel.com. If your country is not mentioned during checkout please send me an email with your full name, address and the product + design (only instock items) you would like to order and we will make you an invoice with the correct shipping amount on it.

PRICE 

All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.thekindlabel.com at the time when the order is placed.

Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Europe are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping

Please allow 7 business days to process your order. We aim to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and so only post items once per week.

All baskets are inspected for damage before shipping.

Shipping costs while vary, starting from 8,30 euro within the Netherlands. To see the shipping costs to your country please proceed to checkout or send an email to hello@thekindlabel.com.

EXTRA INFO SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Please note that an international order might go trough customs processing. Customs in your country may asses packages and charge duty on them.

Local taxes on your order are not pre paid. There is nothing we can changes about this and we are not responsible for paying foreign duty charges. 

Custom processing might also cause delays we cannot control.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Amsterdam and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.

Returns

All sales are final and cannot be returned.

If your goods have arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. If the damage is not reported within 2 days, I cannot file a claim to the shipping company and therefore cannot credit you for the damaged item.
